Try standing on a step with only the front of the foot on and then let the heels hang down to stretch out the Calf Muscles. If it's too intense do one foot at a time 3 x 30 seconds atleast once but better twice a day! Let me know if it helps at all!

Just wondering Sinead, have you got any tips to help with flexibility? For example when we sit and stretch over our legs i can't seem to move down at all like you do!x
