Absolutely loved it! It absolutely flew by and really enjoyed it!!
It was a lovely short, quick and snappy class. The connection was poor unfortunately. I still managed to get a nice workout done. I enjoyed this class.
I am so glad I didn't catch up on sweaty 7s arms before that class! So spicy. LOVED IT!

@siobhan Scally I just went back to replay the end and the check it there now. Tracey finished the class. I will have to do the stretches here now myself.

@Kate Armstrong yes I agree stretches would be great at the end. It was a lovely, short, sweet and perfect class to round the day off.
