I just popped a blog post up re: the christmas challenge 🎄 how exciting.
I wanted to create a topic incase you have any questions or want to chat about it.
All fitness levels are welcome to the COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE 🎅🏼💪🏼🎄
The challenge will end December 18th
You must complete at least 3 workouts a week. I choose 3 because, if your a beginner as your trainer i would advise to start with 3, also life happens and even though we may aim for 4 or 5 workouts it just doesnt happen. I would love for you to take part in the website workouts, that way it is much easier to track for me. On the website you have an option of 5 live or on demand (saved) workouts a week, but if you wish to partake in the instagram workouts then do tag yourself and please be honest about completing them.. No naughty list for Team Queen.
If you want to take a before and after picture I have taken mine as an example.. Joyfully was hormonal, and rocking a weekend prosexy tummy here, so heres hoping my after is good. Remember this challenge is for you, to get moving, fix that crown, and be fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident by Christmas. So what ever your goal is, write it down and lets smash it out.
